Now, luxury living in Mangalore

Raheja Universal limited (RUL), one of the leading real estate companies in the country, announced its entry into Mangalore by launching Raheja Waterfront, a luxury residential complex.

The realty firm points out that Raheja Waterfront will boast of tall towers with penthouses, ample car parking, excellent connectivity, private open balconies for living and master bedroom, modern services and state-of-the-art security systems. It will be one of the few gated developments in Mangalore.

Commenting on the launch, Ashish Raheja, Managing Director, Raheja Universal Limited said, “Raheja Universal is proud to inform you that Raheja Universal has entered into a joint development with Asha city builders and developers and will now be bringing luxury to the doorsteps of Mangalore.”

He added, “We are also proud to announce that Mana and Suneil Shetty will be associated as the brand ambassador for Raheja Waterfront.”

Received with thundering applause and loud cheering, Suniel Shetty said, “This is a project that has been extremely close to my heart and being the Brand Ambassador is just one aspect of my association with Raheja Waterfront. I share a strong bond with Mangalore and I believe that this project has all the attributes that will redefine premium living in this beautiful city.”

Awards galore

While historically the company’s activities focused on the development and successful delivery of luxury residential towers at high-end locations in South and North Mumbai, it now focuses on the development of two principal types of projects: Residential projects such as apartments, villas and townships; and commercial projects such as office blocks, technology parks, SEZs, industrial, retails and hotels. Key projects from the Raheja Universal portfolio include Raheja Legend, a 547-feet-high residential tower, one of the few modern skyscrapers to be built at Worli and Raheja Titanium I (now known as Standard Chartered Towers) at Goregaon. It was awarded the Best Residential Project (Future) Award at the Cityscape India Real Estate Awards- Residential Future Award in 2007.

In 2009, the same award was handed to another RUL project - Raheja Exotica Phase III. Raheja Titanium I (now known as Standard Chartered Towers) was awarded the Best Project Execution 2008.
