IAF Band to perform at Cubbon Park
Bangalore, May 11, DHNS:
The Air Warrior Symphony Orchestra (AWSO), a team of Indian Air Force musicians, will perform at the Cubbon Park on May 14.
Air Force Station, Jalahalli has organised the event. The entry is free to the orchestra, according to a press release from the Defence Public Relations office.
The AWSO was formed by the IAF in June 2002 with musicians from various Air Force bands.
The objective of the Orchestra is to interact with the masses and create a feeling of patriotism and harmony through music. The AWSO has performed across several cities and India and other countries like Thailand, Finland, France, Malaysia, Italya and Sri Lanka, the press release said.
