Nithyananda allowed to travel

A court in Ramanagaram has granted permission to Nithyananda to make a pilgrimage to Mansarovar, on the condition that he return his passport to police by July 27.
Nithyananda had requested permission to visit Mansarovar, saying he made an annual pilgrimage to the shrine. He had pleaded the court to allow him to use his passport. The CID police have impounded Nithyananda’s passport.
Nithyananda’s aide Swamy Sachidananda landed up at the CID office and submitted an authorisation letter, and collected the passport.
