Get set for a musical spoof

It is directed by Leila Alvares and features Priya Mendens, Jude Lazaro, Prem Koshy, Arvind Kasthuri, Shyju Varkey, Mark Swaroop and Vivek Madan. The music director is Vivek Menzel. All the music and songs are performed live at each show.

The Cause Foundation is a non-profit organisation, which has for the past 14 years, been promoting local talent through its musical productions, with all profits from these ventures going to worthy local charities. Over the years, they have successfully staged Broadway musical hits including ‘The Sound of Music’, ‘Fiddler on the Roof’, ‘My Fair Lady’, ‘Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat’, ‘All Shook Up’, ‘Breaking Up Is Hard To Do’ and ‘Grease’ among others.

Spamalot is a rip roaring musical spoof on King Arthur and his knights of Camelot and their hilarious quest for the Holy Grail.

The dances and songs are equally hilarious and the music captivating.
The band has Robin Colaco (lead), Vikram Kiran (bass), Neville Bharucha (keyboards), Romina D'souza (piano) and Vivek Menzel (percussion and drums).

The dance directors are Lynn Lazaro, Alisha D'souza and John Fernandez. Sound and Light is by Reynolds. Costumes are by Asha Fernandes of Elan.
