T Narsipur schools dominate kho-kho tourney
School teams from T Narsipur emerged champions in three categories at the kho-kho tournament organised by Mysore District Kho-Kho Association here on Sunday.
The girls team from SNSR high school, T Narsipur beat Gerasnahalli government school by a margin of nine points.
While LFC school, T Narsipur emerged champions in the high school category, Vidya Darshini school of the same town beat Annayappa Bairaveshwara school in the middle school girls category.
Citizens’ school, Nanjangud, won in the middle school boys category.
Marimallappa’s PU College beat Government college Nanjangud in the finals to bag the title in the college category.

PU College boys: Marimallappa’s PU College beat Government college Nanjangud by 7-5. High school boys: LFC, T Narsipur beat Vivekanand school by 8-3 points High school girls: SNSR high school, T Narsipura beat Gerasanahalli government school by 9-1.
Middle school girls: Vidya Darshini T Narsipur beat Annayappa Bairaveshwara by 9-0.
Middle school boys: Citizens’ school Nanjangud beat Rotary Higher Primary school by 11-6.
