Padayatra to Delhi

As part of the campaign against Corruption, India Against Corruption (IAC)has launched a padayatra from the Freedom Park here to JP Park in Delhi.
The walk will take two and half months to reach its destination. A core team of 15 members from the IAC have decided to march to Delhi. The organisers, Ramesh Savanur and L Dhananjaya will lead the walk and stop every 30 kilometers.
They began their walk on Wednesday from Bangalore to Dobbespet. They will cover Tumkur, Sira, Hiriyur, Chitradurga, Bharamasagara, Davangere, Ranebennur, Haveri, Shiggaon and Hubli.
