Woman killed

An elderly woman was killed on the spot when she was run over by a KSRTC bus while crossing a road in Chickpet traffic police limits on Sunday.
Stella Rani, 60, was a resident of Anjanappa Garden. The accident occurred near Mysore Road flyover down ramp close to Ambedkar Junction. Raghavendra, the driver of the bus lost control over vehicle when the victim crossed the road suddenly. The police have taken the driver into custody.
