The Minister directed the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation and the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike to fill up the potholes and provide adequate facilities for the pedestrians.
He said the road the movement of traffic on the stretch from Anil Kumble Circle to Byappanahalli would as it was before the start of Metro. The road would be re-laid if required, he said.
BBMP and BMRCL have been requested to not allow pasting of posters on the pillars of the Metro viaduct.
Mayor Sharadamma, BBMP Commissioner Siddaiah, Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Abdulla Saleem were also present during the inspection.
