Hissar bypoll a complex battle

 The move of Team Anna  may benefit the BJP-supported Haryana Janhit Congress candidate Kuldip Bishnoi, and the poll outcome may generate some controversy over the direction of the anti-graft movement as the Janhit Party candidate and his family have already been in the dock for their style of politics.

Team Anna members have been criss-crossing the constituency holding public mee­t­ings urging voters not to vo­te for the Congress as it has failed to bring Jan Lokpal bill in Parliament.

The campaign to defeat  the Congress can be seen as a str­ategic move on the part of Team Anna to mount pressure on the UPA government to pass the anti-corruption bill during the winter session.
