Speaking at the 4th district regional seminar on ‘Transgenders and the Law’ organised by Karnataka State Legal Service Authority, Justice Kabir said it is high time society stopped marginalising transgenders.
Chief Justice of High Court of Karnataka Justice Vikramajit Sen, High Court judges Justice Manjula Chellur and N K Patil were present.
