Tibetans pray for peace
Tibetan monks at Bylakuppe near Kushalnagar staged a hunger strike and silent protest on Wednesday against the atrocities of Chinese on Tibetan nationals in Tibet.
Tibetan internal governance at Bylakuppe, MP Lobsang Nyandrak, Tibetan representative A G Gompu Tyashi were present when the prayers were rendered at the monastery for peace.
“Chinese government has hijacked the right to life of the Tibetan nationals. The human rights of the Tibetan nationals have been violated blatantly,” said Nyandrak requesting the entire world to come united and oppose the Chinese supremacy over Tibetan land.
Gompu Tyashi said that the Tibetan youth who are fighting for independence are subjected
to atrocities everyday.
The ‘Bhikshus’ engaged themselves in a day long prayer.
