Trains cancelled, rescheduled
The following trains are partially cancelled/rescheduled due to a mega line block on October 30 and November 6 for the construction of the limited height sub-way on Mysore-Hassan section.
On October 30 Mysore-Shimoga Town Passenger (56270) will be partially cancelled between Hassan and Arsikere. The train will run up to Hassan and will return to Mysore.
Shimoga Town-Mysore Passenger (56269) will run up to Arsikere as it will be partially cancelled between Arsikere and Hassan. The train will return to Shimoga.
Arsikere-Mysore Passenger (56265) will be rescheduled to leave Arsikere at 6.15 pm instead of 5.45 pm.
On November 6 Mysore-Shimoga Town Passenger (56270) will be partially cancelled between Hassan and Arsikere. The train will run up to Hassan and return to Mysore.
Shimoga Town-Mysore Passenger (56269) will run up to Arsikere and return to Shimoga. The train will be partially cancelled between Arsikere and Hassan.
*Arsikere-Mysore Passenger (56265) will be rescheduled to leave Arsikere at 6.15 pm instead of 5.45 pm.
Temporary stoppage
The South Western Railway has decided to provide one minute temporary stoppage at Banavar station between Arsikere and Devanur stations of Mysore Division for the following trains for a period of five days from November 1 to 5 for the convenience of devotees attending Sandal Sharief Annual Urs celebrations.
The trains are - Hospet-Bangalore Fast Passenger (56910), Bangalore-Hospet Fast Passenger (56909), Mysore-Dharwad Express (17301) and Dharwad-Mysore Express (17302).
