JMFC Civil Court Additional Judge Roopashri has stressed the need to educate girl children to tackle life’s many challenges.
In most of the schools, Kanaka Jayanthi and Childrens’ day was celebrated together.
She was speaking after inaugurating Children’s Day and free legal aid camp at the Government Women’s Junior College here on Monday.
Legal knowledge is essential these days to protect one’s rights from being exploited, she observed. Taluk Advocates Association president K R Rajanna was present.
