Pathanjali memorial today
Mysore Yoga Federation (MYF) is organising Pathanjali memorial day at Narayananda Vishwayoga Ashrama on December 11 at 10.30 am.
Speaking at a media conference here on Friday, MYF president T Jalendrakumar said the programme is being organised to improve awareness among people about overall health. Prof K Keshavamurthy would inaugurate the programme, Sachchidananda Bharathiswamiji will preside and Dr H R Narsimhan, S Narayanapande would be guests.
MYF is organising various programmes including yoga camp at schools for the specially-abled and government schools and colleges. Sri Maruthi Yoga Kendra is conducting a state-level open yoga contest on December 18. Interested participants may contact 9448600581 or 9886083118 for further details.
