On ‘made snana’

“Made snana ritual, which involves devotees rolling over the food left over by Brahmins promoted in Kukke Subramanya temple in Dakshina Kannada and Chikkaballapur districts is a pathetic ritual. Some of the associations forcibly collecting money at government offices, in the name of Dalit welfare, is a major reason behind poor condition of Dalits as the grants or money does not reach the eligible.

Irregularities in the Department foSocial Welfare is on rise. Substandard materials are used for hostel construction near Hanumanthapur gate. So the building may fall even before inauguration.
