Proposals invited

The Women and Child Development Department has invited proposals for ''Kittur Rani Chennamma'' and ''Veera Mahile'' awards to women and organisations of Bangalore Rural District.
The applicants should have rendered exemplary service for the welfare of women and should be residents/based in the Bangalore Rural District. The entries should be submitted before December 31, 2011.
