The former governor of the Reserve Bank of India and chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India C Rangarajan believes that India has the potential to achieve growth rate of eight per cent per annum.
He was addressing the students of Kristu Jayanti College on the topic ‘The Current Economic Scene’ at ‘Vichaarmanthan’, a programme organised for the students to interact with various global visionaries.
