Northampton’s Management courses

Northampton Business School at the University of Northampton (UK) is inviting applications for its one-year full time MBA, MSc in Management (International Logistics/Financial Analysis/IT Service Management) and MA in Management (Marketing/HR) courses running in February and September 2012.

The executive MBA programme aims to develop management expertise through the examination and application of modern management concepts and techniques. The course, also having the option of distance learning, is designed to give students a thorough understanding of business and management processes and to enable them to develop their effectiveness as a practicing manager. The students also benefit from the University’s ‘Global Placement Initiative’, a new scheme which prepares students with the necessary skills for the competitive and challenging job markets in the student’s home countries. The initiative not only directs students to study for the right skills, knowledge, attitudes and commercial understanding, but also matches students CV’s with specific work opportunities available.

The MSc Management programme in Financial Analysis/International Logistics is specifically designed to meet a real and growing demand amongst well-qualified young people.

The MSc in IT Service Management course addresses the need to understand the responsibilities, components and opportunities for IT Service Management, an area of expanding job opportunities and skill shortages in the modern world of business computing and service delivery.

The MA in Management (Marketing/HR) course aims to equip students from a wide range of disciplines with the knowledge and implementation skills to pursue careers in Management.
Candidates wishing to apply for the courses should have a recognised first or second class honors degree. Students who wish to apply for the MBA programme course should also have a minimum of two years relevant management experience.

These Management courses commence in February and September 2012 and the fee structure for the session is £9500-£10,000. For an application form for the courses, visit www.northampton.ac.uk/info/20171/international-students/72/international-students-how-to-apply.
