Nitish’s assets same, but cows double

Patna, Jan 3, DHNS:

Nitish Kumar may be the chief minister of Bihar for more than six years but his assets, both moveable as well as immoveable, are almost static and less than his deputy Sushil Kumar Modi.

While the current market price of Nitish’s immoveable assets is Rs 40 lakh, Modi’s immoveable assets are priced at Rs 76.9 lakh.

Similarly, Modi has moveable assets worth Rs 25 lakh. Nitish’s assets are estimated at Rs 6.15 lakh.

Compared to last year, Nitish has virtually made no new addition to his property.
However, the number of cows and calves that the chief minister owns has doubled.
Till 2010, Nitish was the proud owner of only one cow and a calf.

But a year later, he has two cows and three calves, according to the statement submitted relating to his assets.
