Power supply disrupted

Power supply in some parts of south Delhi was affected on Sunday due to repair works at a sub station in Okhla.
Delhi Transco carried out maintenance work at the 220 KV sub station, Okhla during which power supply was affected in areas like Kalkaji, CR Park, Govindpuri, East of Kailash and Okhla Industrial Area.
Power Department officials said arrangements were made to feed the areas through alternative sources.However, power supply was affected for a short duration on rotational basis, they said.
