‘I am not complaining’
Shooting for three movies simultaneously, Radhika Pandit is a busy bee these days. She starts the day with the shooting of Alemari, in the afternoon she shoots for Sagar and her day ends with Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar’s ‘Breaking News’.
“It does get challenging but I am enjoying every moment of this business.
I am not complaining because I love being busy and hopefully this will continue through the year,” the actress tells Metrolife.
If there is one thing that Radhika feels comfortable about, it’s working with people she is familiar with. “It’s always a pleasure working with someone with whom you have already worked earlier. The familiarity makes the job easier.
In ‘Breaking News’ I’m working with Ajay Rao with whom I had done Krishnan Love Story. With Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar I worked in Olave Jeevana Lekachara. It’s great catching up with them again and it’s like a small family reunion for me. I share a great rapport with them and it works well even on screen,” says Radhika.
Playing the role of a rich, mischievous girl in ‘Breaking News’, Radhika says that the film is a comedy which showcases the lighter side of media. When asked if the film is taking a dig at the
media in general, she says, “Not at all. The film in no way makes fun of the media but tries to show a very light side of it. It’s a completely different movie and hopefully people will enjoy it.”
