Anna to leave for Bangalore soon
Anti-graft crusader Anna Hazare on Sunday underwent a thorough medical check-up at Medanta super-speciality hospital in Gurgaon, near the national capital.
“He will be here for anther two days for required medical tests and leave for Jindal Nature Care Centre in Bangalore,” spokesperson of India Against Corruption told Deccan Herald.
Hazare is being treated for persistent cough and back pain. He has been ailing since his fast in Mumbai. He had to suspend his fast due to the acute bronchitis. There after, he was admitted to a Pune hospital for few days.
Medanta hospital is headed by eminent cardiologist Naresh Trehan. Trehan had monitored his health during his fast at Ramleela Maidan and after it ended.
Hazare reached Delhi airport at 1.30 pm and straight away left for the hospital.
