PGDM courses from Welingkar
Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, Bangalore announced the opening of applications for its PGDM courses for the academic year 2012-14. Application forms can be downloaded from the official college website www.welingkar.org. The last date for submission of the application form is March 31, 2012. Downloaded forms have to be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs. 1500 in favour of Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research.
Applications are open for the following programmes that are offered under this course: E-Biz, Retail Management, Business Design, Healthcare Management, Finance, Marketing & HR.
Eligibility: Individuals should have completed their bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50 per cent of marks from a recognised university. Candidates in the final year can also apply.
Students should have appeared in CAT, MH-CET(2012)/CMAT(2012)/XAT(2012)/ATMA(2012).
Selection procedure: Candidates will be short-listed based on their scores obtained in any of the competitive exams (as listed earlier). Short-listed applicants will then go in for group discussion (GD) and personal interview rounds to be held in the Welingkar campus at Mumbai/Bangalore and also at other centres in Kolkata and Delhi.
A candidate’s performance will be evaluated on the basis of his or her past academic record, prior experience, scores obtained in the competitive exam, GD and interview.
