Add God to equation in your lives
Today, the way we experience life depends on our state of mind which is determined by our level of evolution.
If we are evolved, our minds are stable and problems do not perturb us and we never get stressed because we are always savouring our inner peace and joy. We activate ourselves inside and motivate others outside, and the quality of leadership blossoms in us. However, when we are less evolved, we easily get worried and pressurised.
Our obsession with our own desires makes our minds shrink. The more our minds shrink, the farther peace and contentment fly, and that much more quickly we get perturbed. Then, our constricted and not evolved mind becomes like a poisonous snake trapped in a basket. If we open that basket, we are in big trouble. If we keep it closed, we are in bigger trouble. We can resolve this crisis only by expanding the mind to evolve.
For this, we have to do three things: change our perception of the world; change our attitude about ourselves and add God to our thoughts to change the equation of our lives. God has created the whole cosmos to nurture and nourish all beings.
Therefore, we must have the unswerving faith that He is constantly giving us everything we need for our growth and transformation. This strong conviction will connect us to God. Before we leave for work, we contemplate upon God. Thereafter, we must completely focus on our work. Giving Him our time, He works through us to resolve our problems and accomplish our tasks effortlessly. We constantly experience His presence in us. To reinforce our connectivity, we must reserve some time, since we have already synchronised ourselves with God by expansiveness, enthusiasm, joy, patience and confidence.
This brings us the awareness that we are born winners. We have all been born to laugh and cope, not frown and mope. The ingredients of success are already inside us. We only have to bring them out. That is why the Sages said – “Begin each day with a divine frame of mind. You are unique. You are divine. You are beautiful.” Even if our mirror tells us that we are ugly, we should laugh and retort – “What do you know? You cannot see my inner beauty anyway.”
When we are always in sync with God, we need not convince anybody or conform to their standards because we become role models to the world. Our honest and loving vibrations automatically induce trust, confidence and conviction in everybody. The firm faith and expansive exuberance that ooze out from us transforms them and makes them add God to the equation of their lives as well.
