Taliban promise to capture, kill Prince Harry

London, Feb 11, 2012, (IANS)

 The Taliban have promised to use all their power to kill or capture  when the British royal returns to Afghanistan as an Apache helicopter pilot.

The 27-year-old prince is expected to fly missions out of Camp Bastion in Helmand province on a four-month duty, the Daily Mail reported citing defence ministry sources.

Harry had spent spent over two months as an infantry officer in the war-torn country in 2008.The Taliban have now revealed their determination to catch the prince dead or alive.

"In the past, we have defended against the invaders and we will do so in the future. We will continue to defend against all the invaders, but we will use all our power to kill or capture the prince," Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid told the Daily Telegraph.He said Harry would be treated like any other prisoner if caught.
