Complaint against dowry harassment

A woman has registered a complaint at the Robersonpete Police Station against her husband and in-laws alleging dowry harassment.

Bhargavi, a resident of KGF married Murlidhar two years ago.  Though it was alove arrange, all the demands from Muralidhar’s family were fulfilled, the complaint said.

She alleged that after marriage, her husband and her in-laws constantly pestering her to get Rs 10 lakh. Muralidhar has had a glimpse of their new-born baby for the greed for money, police sources said.

They added that they he forced Bhargavi out of the house and alos issued life threat to her and their son.

Investigation is on.
