<p>As a team of the Karnataka Criminal Investigation Department (CID) left for Kolkata to probe if the leak of the Maths and Physics papers took place at the printing press there, the CCB on Monday arrested Siddaramappa, a primary school teacher from Ajjampura in Kadur taluk of Chikmagalur district.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Besides, based on the information provided by the three arrested—Ashwath Narayana Gowda, N Ranjith, and Sudarshan—the CCB is in the process of tracking Ajay Kumar, owner of a hardware shop on the Kolar Siddlaghatta Road.<br /><br />Stating that Ashwath Narayana had received the Maths and Biology question paper from Kumar, investigators said: “He has distrbuted it to many more people. He was also working with (finance firm) Muthoot Fincorp, in Hegdenagar, Bangalore. We are very close to nabbing him and the case will have better direction after that.”<br /><br />Shashikala, one of the three persons being pursued by the CCB, is suspected to have used a fake identity of being a lecturer at a PU college in a Kolar. <br /><br />“We found nobody with that name in the college or any of the other colleges in the district,” a police source said.</p>
