One half of the body of the tiger was found to have been eaten by wild dogs and other animals. Bones and hair of the dead tiger were found strewn all over the place, said wildlife medical officer Dr Nagaraju.
B J Hosmath, Chief Conservator of Forests, Chief Wildlife Warden B K Singh and other officers visited the spot.
