<p>An aircraft maintenance science student allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his home in Dwarka of south-west Delhi on Monday afternoon, police said.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Shyam S, 23, a native of Kerala’s Kollam district lived in a rented accommodation in Dwarka sector 23.<br /><br />He was found hanging by a ceiling fan at 1:40 pm.<br /><br />“His friends had asked him to accompany them to a tuition class in the morning, but he refused saying he had stomach ache.<br /><br />“When they returned after two hours, they found him hanging,” a police official said.<br />Shyam was rushed to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in Harinagar, where he was declared brought dead.<br /><br />He was a student of Center For Civil Aviation Training in Dwarka sector 19 and had returned from a visit back home on Sunday.<br /><br />“The deceased has left behind a suicide note where he stated that he holds no one responsible for his act and that he was taking the extreme step because of personal issues,” a police official added.<br /><br />Police have preserved Shyam’s body for a post-mortem and informed his family members about the incident.<br /><br />“The exact cause behind the death can only be confirmed after his family members come to the city,” the official said.<br /><br />Police have also taken statements of Shyam’s friends and batchmates.<br /><br /><br /></p>
