<p>Team Anna member Arvind Kejriwal Saturday said he would send a legal notice to the Indian Express newspaper for publishing a report claiming that fellow activist Kiran Bedi had written to Anna Hazare doubting the handling of funds by Kejriwal’s NGO.<br /><br /></p>.<p>According to the Indian Express report, Hazare said that Bedi had written an e-mail to him that funds were "not being handled properly" by Kejriwal’s NGO Public Cause Research Foundation (PCRF). <br /><br />"Yet another fake story by IE (Indian Express). Just spoke to Anna. He denies having said any such thing. We will send a legal notice to IE," tweeted Kejriwal.<br /><br />Bedi too slammed the report and said that she had never doubted the integrity of the PCRF, which is "the most closely, well audited body".<br /><br />"I have checked with Annaji. He has denied any such correspondence. If Anna has not received anything, so what does it mean?" she said in a statement.<br /><br />Bedi said: "The intention of such a front page space in a national daily is nothing but to persevere in its ongoing efforts to somehow break or weaken the synergy in the most needed anti-corruption movement in the country today. The sabotage will not succeed. Readers are wise to see through this."</p>
