Goel's double century studs President's win

An unbeaten double ton by Gaurav Goel and a century by Kunal Kapoor were the highlights of President’s XI’s innings win over Mangalore Zone in the Dell-KSCA SA Srinivasan memorial trophy under-25 tournament at Alur grounds here.

Goel slammed 203 n.o. (231b, 23x4, 5x6) while Kapoor struck 125 (147b, 13x4, 2x6) as President’s amassed 423/3 declared. Mangalore found the total to steep to chase and were bowled out for 97 and 213 to crash to an innings and 113-run loss.
