'Send back Bangla infiltrators to restore peace'
State has 30,000 infiltrators out of which 3,000 are prostitutes: Muthalik
Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik demanded the Centre to take steps to send back the Bangladeshi infiltrators from North Eastern states to maintain peace in the troubled North Eastern states.
Addressing media persons here on Sunday, he squarely blamed the Centre for the present crisis in North Eastern states and flayed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for failing to understand the reason for the present crisis. “The government is only assuring to take steps to maintain peace, but does nothing in reality,” he criticised.
Stating that the ongoing problem would continue as long as the Bangladeshi infiltrators are allowed to live in the country, he urged the Centre to take immediate steps to send back the infiltrators within 15 days.
Noting that Karnataka alone has 30,000 Bangladeshi infiltrators, he said at least 3,000 among them are prostitutes, who are spreading HIV/Aids among others.
Citing a recent report, he said that recently at least 32 persons belonging to Bangladesh have been arrested from 8 different Indian states, on charges of prostitution.
“Besides spreading HIV/Aids, they are also involved in supplying fake currency notes, supply of drugs and spying,” he alleged.
He also said that Sri Rama Sene would conduct a State-wide survey within 15 days regarding all the issues and would submit a report to the government.
Muthalik also showed a photograph to media persons in which a person belonging to minority community kicks the martyrs’ memorial ‘Amar Jawan’ in Mumbai. He said that the photo was clicked during the recent Mumbai attack.
‘Veena Malik ISI agent’
Coming down strongly against popular Pakistani actress Veena Malik, Muthalik said that Sri Rama Sene would strongly protest if the Kannada version of ‘Dirty Picture,’ starring Veena Malik is released anywhere in the State.
Terming Veena Malik as “ISI agent,” Muthalik said that the ISI or other terrorist organisations would use the State for its activities in the name of acting in cinemas. At the same time, he clarified that the Sene is not against the movie ‘Dirty Picture,’ but only against Veena Malik acting in the movie. “The producers of the movie can replace any other actress instead Veena Malik,” he said.
