Anna Hazare admitted to Jindal institute

Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare was admitted to Jindal Nature Cure Institute on Tumkur Road here on Monday to undergo a rejuvenation treatment.

He was previously admitted at the institute after he developed high blood pressure, headache and dizziness during his fasting days for the Lokpal Bill. Dr Babina Nandakumar, joint chief medical officer of the institute, said that following naturopathy treatment for his ailments, which included yoga and a proper diet, he has recovered completely and has also discontinued his medication.  

“He is here for rejuvenation and is expected to stay for the next 10 days. During his stay he will undergo detoxification including colon hydrotherapy, mud pack etc,” she added.
