Special train to Howrah

 To clear the extra rush, the South Western Railway has introduced a one-way special train between Yeshwantpur and Howrah on October 6.

Train No. 06519 Yeshwantpur-Howrah one way express special will leave Yeshwantpur on Saturday at 9.30 am. and reach Howrah at 9.35 pm on October 7.

The train will run from Yeshwantpur via Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Chennai Central, Gudur, Vijayawada, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar and Bhadrak, to reach Howrah.

The train will have a composition of  14 three-tier second class sleeper coaches, one general second class coach, one second class-cum-luggage van and one second class coach with brake van and a disabled-friendly compartment.

Augmentation of coaches

Train No.15902 / 15901 Dibrugarh – Yeshwanthpur – Dibrugarh weekly express has been permanently augmented with one second class sleeper coach from October 5 ex-Dibrugarh and from October 8 ex-Yeshwantpur.

Likewise, train No.22817/22818 Howrah – Mysore – Howrah Express has been permanently augmented with one- three-tier AC coach from October 7, ex-Howrah and from October 10,ex-Mysore, according to a press release issued by the
Railways here.
