JOIN USISME held its fifth annual alumni meet at its campus recently. The event provided an opportunity to rekindle the bond between the alumni and its alma mater and reminisce their college days.
The evening was pulsating with energy, excitement and bonhomie owing to the presence of the students, faculty and alumni.
The event kickstarted with an informal interaction between the alumni and faculty followed by a welcome note from Nitin Garg, director, ISME. Garg expressed that he is very proud of the alumni’s accomplishments in their chosen profession. He thanked them profusely for coming back and renewing their bond with the alma mater.
An interactive panel discussion was also held wherein the alumni proactively participated and shared their experiences, challenges and opportunities encountered while blending into the corporate world. The alumni revisited some of their best days and gave some helpful tips to the current batch.
Subsequent to the interactive session, the event began gaining momentum with the current students showcasing a vibrant variety of cultural performances.
The students and faculty grooved to the DJ’s beats. The fun-filled night concluded with a dinner, leaving the students and faculty with a sense of nostalgia and good feelings.
