Bodies of Aishwarya,mother found

Three of the four missing bodies of victims of the Thekkady boat tragedy were fished out from the lake on Saturday taking the toll to 44.

Aishwarya  The bodies of four-and-a-half-year-old Aishwarya, her mother Senthilkumari, who are from Bangalore, as well as of Apoorva, 16, of Hyderabad were recovered by Navy divers who have been scouring the lake.

It was a Navy helicopter which spotted the body of Aishwarya in the lake. Later, her mother’s body was seen floating at a point.

The bodies of Aishwarya and Senthilkumari were taken to the primary health centre at Kumaly and later flown to Chennai.

Apoorva’s distraught parents could hardly handle the scene of their daughter lying motionless and their 19-year-old son Abhilash’s body yet to be recovered.

Post mortem has been done on the body and the unfortunate parents are waiting indefinitely for what remains of their dear son.
