Umadevi in semifinals

Umadevi Nagaraj posted twin wins to storm into the  women’s billiards semifinals in the Indian Oil Servo State-ranking billiards and snooker championship at the KSBA hall on Wednesday.

Umadevi beat Indira Hegde 2-0 (52-11, 51-11) and eased past Judy Walia 2-0 (50-15, 51-12). She will meet Chitra Magimairaj in the semifinals, while Varsha Sanjeev takes on Judy Walia in other semi.
