Girl jumps in front of speeding train

 Three people, including an 18-year-old girl, were found dead in separate incidents in the City on Friday.

Akshatha, a second PU student, allegedly jumped in front of a moving train at Sahakarnagar Railway Gate.

A student of Sri Jagadguru Renukacharya College, Akshatha, the Railway Police said, had left a suicide note stating that “nobody is responsible for my death.

I think I have cheated a lot of people in my life and I do not intend to cheat people anymore.” Akshatha’s father Panchaksharaiah is a mechanic with the BMTC. According to her parents, Akshatha was a meritorious student.

Leaps to death

In another case, Satindra Kumar, 40, a manager with a private firm, allegedly jumped to his death from the fourth floor of a hotel he was staying in.

Kumar, a native of Gurgaon, had come to Bangalore two days ago to attend a series of meetings. On Thursday, he had participated in a meeting near Mysore and was scheduled to take part in another meeting in Bangalore.

The Whitefield Police, who have registered a case, said they found several liquor bottles in his hotel room. Kumar was married with a three-year-old son.

Man found hanging

G Harisha, 30, was found hanging in his room at Nagavarapalya. It is said that Harisha was unemployed and depressed that he was not able to take care of his ailing mother. The incident came to light when his sister came to visit her mother at their house.
