He commended the human resources development centres in the State and said that the employment exchanges across the country will be modernised on this model.
As many as eight employment exchange offices have been turned into the human resources development centres in Karnataka.
Joint Director G N Shivamurthy, Assistant Director Venugopal, Head of the Manipal Human Resources Centre Rajesh, Employment Exchange officer K Srinivas, and Principal of Industrial Training Institute for women Armugam and others were present on the occasion.
