Dacoits, rowdies behind bars

The Adugodi police have arrested a gang of dacoits and notorious rowdies during a recent raid on a premises near the Dairy Compound on Bannerghatta Road.

The arrested have been identified as Sunil alias CD Sunil (24), Manjunath alias Jopdi Manja (25), Stephen (35), Syed Kaiser (26) and Manikanta alias Mani (19).

The police have seized lethal weapons from them. Of the arrested, Sunil and Manjunath are rowdies, the Adugodi police said.
