Chinki’s five-wicket haul, including a hat-trick,  was the highlight CMR College’s 62-run win over Al Ameen College in the qualifying round of the Intenerational College Premier League T20 cricket tournament organised by Jain University here on Wednesday.

Brief scores: CMR College 165/8 in 20 overs (Deepak K 64; Shabaaz 3-17) bt Al Ameen 103 all out in 17.3 overs (Shabaaz 29; Chinki 5-3). Amrutha Institute: 108/7 in 15 overs (Varun 38, Ankappa 26 n.o.; Pranav 3-24) lt to BMSCE 111/5 in 15 overs (Darshap P 45, Advith 38; Venatesh 2-26). Surana College 239/3 in 20 overs (Stalin 75, Hemanth Kumar 74) bt Indian Academy 161/8 in 20 overs (Khizer 39, Riyaz 34).

Reva Institute 121 all out in 20 overs (Manish 28; Sharan 4-23) bt CMS 114 all out in 19.4 overs (Shashank 36; Abhas 2-11).
