<p>Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike Commissioner Siddaiah has slapped a fine of Rs one lakh on the owners of Bangalore South Sport Club on Hosakerehalli Main Road for dumping the construction debris on the footpath.<br /><br /></p>.<p> The debris was causing inconvenience to pedestrians. Inspections were carried out in Jayanagar South Division, Laxman Rao Ward, Kadirenahalli, Hosakerehalli, Mysore Main Road, Kalasipalya, Shantinagar, Hosur Road, HNR Layout, BTM Layout, JP Nagar and other places, recently. He proposed that the footpath would be laid along the roads leading towards the Jayanagar South End Circle.<br /><br />He praised the ongoing road works at the Jnanabharti Main Road and directed the authorities concerned to finish the project within two months. He suggested that a part of the wet waste generated from the Madivala Market could go to Goshalas and while other could be converted into a compost manure.</p>
