JOIN USThe Mermaids, a synchronised swimming show to be performed by the Spanish Olympic medal winners in the City, has been postponed to March 2 and 3 due to technical reasons.
The show, organised by Elitzur Synchro Club, was supposed to be held on February 2 and 3 at the Global Swim Centre in Sadashivanagar.
“The 18-member Spanish team was originally scheduled to leave Barcelona on Wednesday. Since we received the no-objection certificate from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports only on Thursday, we had to reschedule the travel dates but we couldn’t arrange the flight tickets,” said Sebastian Rills, chief organiser of the event.
“The only other dates available for the Spaniards was in March. Those who purchased the tickets, would be refunded completely or could change the dates to March 2 or 3, whichever is preferred by them,” Sebastian added.
