Haj 2013 only for first timers
Bangalore, Feb 2, 2013, DHNS:
In a major policy change, only those pilgrims who have never performed Haj earlier through the Haj Committee of India, will be eligible to apply for Haj 2013.
Haj Committee has been instructed to limit the number of Haj applicants on the basis of ‘once in a lifetime’ as against the existing ‘once in five years.’ The notarised affidavit in the Haj application form will be accepted from February 6 to March 20, 10 am to 3 pm on all working days. Forms can be obtained at Karnataka State Haj Committee office, 84/A, Richmond Road, or downloaded from www.hajcommittee.com
