Last Updated 01 March 2013, 20:55 IST

Lokayukta justice Manmohan Sarin on Friday issued notice to Shiromani Akali Dal councillor Dimple Chadha and deputy commissioner (west) MCD for demolition of road leading to the automobile service centre of the complainant Yash Pal Arora.

The demolition was allegedly done after Arora refused to give job to Chadha’s man at his service station, located in Vikaspuri area of west Delhi.

Arora, owner of Xpert Service Hyundai Outlets, alleged that soon after the opening of his outlet in December, 2012, he was pressurised by Chadha to put up his large hoarding in front of the service centre.

Few days later, a representative of the councillor came to the shop and asked for a job, he said. When Arora refused to entertain him, Chadha himself barged in with his goons demanding his man be kept on Rs 18,000 salary per month, he added.

Arora was asked to pay Rs 100 per vehicle that is attended in the service station.
