India's foreign exchange reserves declined $1.60 billion to $291.92 billion, due to a fall in core currency assets for the week ended February 22, according to the RBI’s weekly statistical supplement issued on Friday.
The total foreign exchange reserves had declined by $1.024 billion to $293.519 billion in the previous week.
Foreign currency assets decreased $1.56 billion to $258.23 billion.
Gold reserves remained unchanged at $26.97 billion.
