Batting first, Vijaya CC were bowled out for 194 in 63.4 overs in their first innings with Luiz scalping 3/45 for Malleswaram. Suchin K top-scored with 53.
Malleswaram, in reply, amassed 399/7 before declaring with Goel cracking 168 and Liyan Khan (58) and Cheluvaraj HR (53) hitting fifties.
In their second innings, Vijaya were skittled out for 164 with Luiz (4/29), Prashanth (3/38) and Liyan Khan (2/13) among the wickets. Malleswaram came away with five points for the innings win while Vijaya CC got a negative point for the loss.
