Taal Institute of Music and Fine Arts is organising a mega event called ‘Taal Fest 2009’ on October 31 to promote music and to provide a platform for young talent.

The Institute was started by singer Manish Nath and offers courses in keyboard, guitar, vocal, Western dances, drawing and painting, yoga with music therapy.
The programme will begin by honouring Ustad Faiyaz Khan, a renowned Hindustani vocalist and Sarangi maestro, for his contribution to music. The fest also includes performances by 80 of their students, who will play various instruments like keyboard and guitar. The Institute is located at No 999 A, 2nd floor, Perody Builders Pvt.
