Cavalier show by Sanjay

Cavaliers CC rode on Sanjay Nair’s fine all-round show to post a facile six-wicket win over Jupiter Cricketers Association in the KSCA Group I, Division III tournament for the Sri Nassur Memorial Shield here.

Nair first shone with the ball as his five for 35 helped Cavaliers shoot out Jupiter for a lowly 100 in 28.4 overs.

Nisheet Doshi too supported Nair ably, picking up four for 45.

Cavaliers stuttered slightly during their chase but Nair hit a 43 as his side crossed the line in 20 overs with six wickets to spare.

Cavaliers claimed four points for the win.

Nishanth Shekawath slammed an unbetaen 73 as HAL Sports Club romped to a seven-wicket win over BEML (2) Sports Club, Mysore in the KSCA Group II, Division I league .
