Actor Devaraj’s IPS Section 300 is done and ready for release. Devaraj plays an architect, who turns senile, after his wife betrays him.
He seeks to take revenge and murders his wife. His another offbeat film, Anichita deals with the issues of infertility and surrogacy.
Devaraj plays a Botany professor who develops a split personality soon after the child is born.
The child, conceived by artificial insemination, is hated by the professor. He disturbs and disfigures the child’s belongings such as toys for instance and as the child grows up, he begins to detest the child’s presence. The professor is forced to open up and speak to his family about the problem and once the issue is out in the open, he begins to change his behaviour. He sheds all inhibitions and moves on. In Shankara, Devaraj plays the role of who’s a landlord and the story is set in a village.
